About Us

Our Story

Twelve Stones Property Group, LLC is a boutique commercial real estate firm based in Chattanooga, providing brokerage, leasing, development and property management services in Tennessee, Alabama, and Georgia. We also have a network of brokers in other markets to whom we are happy to refer you.

Hamilton Brock and John Eyster started the firm, and quickly added Thomas Clark to enhance our development capabilities. Hamilton is a Chattanooga native, whose family has deep roots in the community. Over the last 25 years or so he has been involved in a family business, Brock Candy, and later worked in manufacturing, construction, and entrepreneurial endeavors.

Twelve Stones Property Group can assist its clients in acquisitions and dispositions of properties but can also help with site selection, development, construction management, leasing, and property management.

John worked as an investment advisor for nine years with Morgan Keegan and then worked in a family real estate business in Alabama helping develop and manage several industrial parks and shopping centers.

Thomas, an Air Force Academy graduate, brings years of development expertise to the table. He worked at Hutton Corporation developing retail properties throughout the southeast before moving to the Krystal Corporation to lead its site selection and development efforts.

Hamilton, John, and Thomas all invest in commercial real estate as well, so they bring unique perspectives as developers, builders, brokers, owners, and managers of commercial properties.

Twelve Stones was created to help clients with acquisitions, dispositions, tenant and landlord representation, and to develop build-to-suit properties to help meet their clients’ needs. It was also created with the perspective that God provides all of our blessings, takes care of all of our needs, and grants us the wisdom to steward our time, money, gifts, and families. Our goal is to help our clients achieve their objectives, while also benefitting the communities in which we do business.
