Our Story

Twelve Stones Property Group, LLC is a boutique commercial and residential real estate firm based in Chattanooga, providing brokerage, leasing, development and property management services in Tennessee, Alabama, and Georgia. We also have a network of brokers in other markets to whom we are happy to refer you.

John Eyster and Hamilton Brock started the firm in 2020. Elizabeth “Birdie” Callaway joined Twelve Stones in 2023 and is the primary residential broker, while John focuses on commercial properties.

Twelve Stones Property Group can assist its clients in acquisitions and dispositions of properties but can also help with site selection, development, construction management, leasing, and property management. 

John worked as an investment advisor for nine years with Morgan Keegan and then worked in a family real estate business in Alabama helping develop and manage several industrial parks and shopping centers. 

Birdie and John, both invest in real estate as well, so they bring unique perspectives as developers, builders, brokers, owners, and managers of commercial properties. 

Twelve Stones was created to help clients with acquisitions, dispositions, tenant and landlord representation, and to develop build-to-suit properties to help meet their clients’ needs. It was also created with the perspective that God provides all of our blessings, takes care of all of our needs, and grants us the wisdom to steward our time, money, gifts, and families. Our goal is to help our clients achieve their objectives, while also benefitting the communities in which we do business.
